Tracking and Shipping

Were do you ship to?

We currently ship to all New Zealand and most International addresses. Please note that this excludes all P.O. Box addresses.

For International customers, if your country is not available on our website please contact us at admin@thehobbywarehouse.co.nz to put in a request to list your country.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Unfortunately we don't allow pick-ups at the moment.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

We start processing all orders that were placed during the day after 7:00am onwards in the evening till the next morning around 7:00am. Once your parcel is ready for collection, (and we've confirmed your payment), we'll arrange a courier to pick-up for your parcel. If your order was placed after 7:00am your parcel will most likely be sent out with the next batch the following morning. Where possible, we do try to get your parcel to the couriers on the same day that you've placed your order.

The shipping estimates are as follow:

Auckland and Surrounds: 1 to 2 days*

North Island: 1 to 3 days*

South Island: 2 to 4 days*

*Monday to Friday

I think my parcel is lost, what should I do?

If you believe that your parcel is lost, please get in contact with the courier company to track down your parcel. (Their contact centre is only open on weekdays). If you still have problems tracking down your parcel, or want us to follow up with them send us an email with your order number and short explanation of the situation.

It is always worth to do a quick search around the house (front door, backdoor, carport, mail box and the neighbours) to make sure that they didn't leave your parcel somewhere.
