If you believe that your parcel is lost, please contact the courier company to track down your parcel. If you still have problems tracking down your parcel send us an email with your order details explaining the situation and we'll follow up with the courier company.
It is always worth to do a quick search around the house (front door, backdoor, carport, mail box and the neighbours).
Wrong item received or parcel missing items
If you have received the wrong parcel or the parcel is incomplete, don't panic as we'll correct the order for you. Keep all the packing and product materials 100% as you received it. Get in contact with us and we'll sort it out for you.

Changes to orders after payment
