Great Product, Service and Delivery

This is a Christmas present for my partner. Delivery was fast and when the tracking number (at no fault of H.W, it was the posties) was not working, the customer service to help with this was attentive and timely.
I expected the product to have Japanese instructions and was surprised that there were also English as well. Everything was well packaged and no faults from what I have seen.

Very happy with the product, service and fast delivery. We will be back when he decides what colour he wants to use for it :)

Thank you
